Help! Zucchini overload!!Actually, I really enjoy zucchini. I just put a double batch (4 loaves) of zucchini bread in the oven and turned around to find the pile seems to still be growing! haha. Can anyone help me out with some of your favorite zucchini recipes? By the way, Steven, we're making zucchini for dinner this weekend. Does it feel like you're a kid living at home again? :-)
